Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits to ensure hazard-free operations
• Deliver HSE training to teams and contractors
• Manage incident investigations and reporting to improve workplace safety
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards
• Oversee PPE distribution and equipment safety for offshore personnel
• Lead regulatory documentation and government reporting
• Support client audits and maintain strong contractor compliance
Qualifications
Job Specification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or Engineering
• 3–5 years’ HSEQ experience in oil & gas or manufacturing
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Apps, Line OA, Canva
Certified in:
• Safety Officer Professional Level
• Internal Auditor (ISO 9001/14001/45001)
• RCA, First Aid, Firefighting, Defensive Driving
Stand Out With:
• Strong problem-solving and leadership mindset
• Experience managing regulatory compliance and training initiatives
• Drive for zero-incident safety culture and operational excellence
