Technical Specialist (Drone)

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales process by providing technical expertise, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and ensuring customers fully understand the value and capabilities of our drone solutions. You will work closely with the sales team, product management, and clients to design solutions that meet business and operational needs.
- Gather and analyze customer requirements to design and recommend tailored solutions, including solution design, BOM (Bill of Materials) creation, lab testing, POC (Proof of Concept), demonstrations, and specification compliance.
- Prepare proposals, technical documents, and solution designs to support sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through the delivery of professional technical consultations.
- Ensure technological expertise and relevance by pursuing continuous training and certifications.
- Conduct training sessions and product knowledge sharing for internal teams and customers.
- Stay updated on drone technology trends and integrate them into sales strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide technical support for corporate clients.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Presales, Technical Specialist or Solution Engineering, preferably in technology or IoT-related products.
- Knowledge of drone systems, GIS, mapping, or relevant software such as DJI Terra, DroneDeploy, or Pix4D is a strong advantage.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with sales teams and clients.
- Good command in spoken and written English
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and on-site demonstrations as needed.
