Responsibilities
• Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations — from inbound to outbound — ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
• Lead and develop a warehouse team through supervision, coaching, and performance management
• Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and workflow to improve productivity
• Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock audits
• Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams for smooth operations
• Ensure compliance with safety and security standards
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Qualifications
• Male/Female, aged 35–45 years
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• 7–10 years of experience in warehouse or logistics management
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of inventory control, audits, and WMS systems
• Knowledge of automated warehouse systems is an advantage
• Good command of English (spoken & written)
