Scope of Job
• Manage Marketing activities and approach to customers to get target business
• Manage the whole Marketing & Product Planning operations to achieve section/ department target
• Presentation to customers for marketing activity and new products proposal
• Collaboration with DTEN Groups/ Customers & Internal with concerns department in TNTH
Responsibility
1. Manage information exchange between DTEN Groups/ Customers and internal in TNTH
2. Manage research/ study of ASEAN and TNTH business areas in market trend (Taste, Demand, Product, New business etc.)
3. Manage analysis ASEAN and TNTH business areas in market trend for business proposal
4. Manage Benchmark of OEM Audio (other companies), After Market Audio and new products to study new technologies for ASEAN products proposal
5. Manage product planning & management for ASEAN multimedia product
6. Manage and present proposals of new products to customers/ sharing information and collect information
7. Manage issuance of Development (Specifications, Project management, evaluation) for products of TNTH’s business
8. Support adjustment of Development specification of product with Customer/ Design Sections/ Concern parties
9. Cooperate with sales and concerns to get new business to achieve TNTH target sales
10. Cooperate with DTEN groups and internal
11. Participate in Technical Exhibition concerns TNTH’s business area and ASEAN region
12. Team development/ Educate/ Coach section/ department members
13. Control, verify sharing/ use of incoming/ outgoing information to and from Customers/ third parties
14. Control the use of MPP’s budget, fix assets including optimized usage of company’s manpower/ resources
15. Contribute to Department and company policy and Effort in making positive working environment and support TNTH activities
16. Report direct to General Manager/ Executive Coordinator/ EVP/ President/ DTEN Groups
17. Others may be assigned based on company’s policy
