Responsibilities
- Control machine efficiency and effectiveness of production lines
- Control section KPI to achieve target
- Issue and control of PM plan to achieve
- Coordinate with internal & external to keep machine in good condition
- Control and support job of under level
- Control and follow up job assignment from section, leader, and section policy
- Analyze machine problem and take countermeasure
- Summarize concern report to group management
- Do basic training, OJT, and evaluate to the new member
- Consider and prepare 4M to proportion for preventive maintenance work
- Skill improvement to under level
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, majoring in Mechanical or related fields
- Skills: Good command of English
- Good skills in computer, electronics, electrical, PLC programming, Auto CAD, PM system
- Personality: Reasonable and maintains leadership
