• Support various tasks within the Marketing Department.
• Conduct market research to analyze current market trends and customer insights.
• Collaborate and exchange knowledge with internal and external teams to support cross-functional projects.
• Develop and practice coaching skills and leadership capabilities through real working experiences.
• Enhance English communication skills in a practical work environment.

• Age 20–21 years, currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (3rd–4th year)
• Majoring in Business Administration or Marketing
• Able to communicate in English (Knowledge of Japanese is an advantage)
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI
