Product Supervisor - บริษัท ครีเดนซ์ จำกัด (มหาชน)

• Analyze customer and market requirements to develop and improve products.
• Develop strategies to grow and manage the company’s pet product brands.
• Conduct market and trend research (local & international) to identify new product opportunities.
• Collaborate with R&D/design, production, procurement, and quality assurance teams.
• Define technical specifications (Product Specification) and related documentation.
• Define product concepts, USPs, and positioning that stand out
• Work closely with R&D, manufacturers, and packaging designers to ensure products meet brand standards and quality expectations.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze consumer behavior, and adjust marketing strategies based on insights.
• Manage product budgets, cost structures, and ensure efficient end-to-end product operations.
• Provide technical support and information to Sales and Mar com teams.
• Monitor product performance and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2-3 year of experience in product development or marketing (Experience in FMCG will be considered an advantage).
• Strong skills in data analysis, business goal setting, and strategic decision-making.
• Data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to present data in a structured manner.
