Service Engineer

Responsible for providing services including maintenance, inspection, installation of scientific equipment, after-sales service, calibration, product claims, and offering consultative advice to ensure that products and equipment are used efficiently and customers are impressed with the service.
Main Duties/Activities:
1. Off-site repair services: Receiving repair requests, scheduling appointments with customers, preparing equipment and spare parts, creating quotes (if necessary), conducting repairs and solving customer issues, coordinating the return of equipment to the company for internal repairs (if on-site repair is not possible).
2. In-house repair services: Receiving repair notifications, inspecting and analyzing problems, reporting results for supervisory review, informing customers of findings, conducting repairs and problem resolution, testing functionality, closing jobs with reports.
3. Equipment installation services: Receiving installation requests, conducting inspections, recording results and reporting to supervisors, preparing equipment and documentation, coordinating with sales staff for customer appointments, installing and testing equipment, recording results in the Service Report, closing jobs and reporting.
4. After-sales services: Scheduling customer service visits, preparing equipment and checking readiness, scheduling appointments with customers, performing inspections and maintenance, testing functionality, recording results in the Service Report, closing jobs and reporting to supervisors.
5. Calibration services: Receiving calibration requests, creating quotes, preparing documents and calibration equipment, contacting and scheduling appointments with customers, performing calibrations, recording results, reporting to supervisors for approval, issuing calibration certificates to customers, storing documents and calibration data.
6. Equipment inspection: Preparing equipment, inspecting, analyzing and addressing initial problems, performing repairs or initiating claims if the issue cannot be resolved.
7. International claims (under warranty): Receiving claim notifications, checking information and product condition, performing initial repairs, reporting results for supervisory approval and initiating international claims, coordinating with related departments, tracking claims until receipt of returned goods, delivering products to customers.
8. Preventive maintenance (Service Contact): Receiving customer notifications, scheduling appointments, preparing tools and documents, performing equipment maintenance, recording and reporting results to customers, reporting to supervisors.
9. Other tasks: Maintaining quality systems, participating in company activities as assigned, and other tasks as assigned.
- Male, aged 22-35 years
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, majoring in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or other related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience in technical skills, installation, and maintenance of scientific equipment.
- Proficient in computer use and office software, such as MS Office/SAP.
- Good personality, excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, presentation abilities, and a passion for service.
- Ability to speak, read, and write English well (Toeic/Toefl not mandatory).
- Able to work in different provinces, with the ability to drive a car and possessing a driver’s license
