Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor ROIC (Rest of Indochina) operations and service KPIs to ensure targets are achieved.

• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports, providing actionable insights to management.

• Maintain the CRM system, ensuring all cases are properly tracked until closure.

• Follow up on pending cases to ensure timely resolution.

• Manage customer expectations to enhance overall satisfaction and handle complaints effectively.

• Coordinate with TSD and training teams to organize training programs for technicians.

• Prepare multi-brand service billing reports and follow up on payments to ensure completion.


Qualifications

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken, written, and reading). Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese will be an advantage.
  • Strong data analytics skills, with experience in creating insight-driven dashboards using Power BI or Excel (e.g., slicers).
  • Ability to create effective and visually engaging presentations using PowerPoint and Canva.
  •  Strong compliance and attention to detail, combined with the ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders (DISC: high C with moderate I).
