Responsibilities
• Plan and conduct surveys, studies, and analyses of crop needs and farmer behaviors in target areas.
• Design and execute fertilizer usage trials according to marketing objectives; collect and analyze related data.
• Plan and organize field experiments, collect data, summarize and analyze experiment results.
• Coordinate with the sales team to organize and support Field Day activities.
• Provide technical and research support as assigned.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Agriculture, Soil Science, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge in field experiment planning, data collection, and statistical analysis.
• At least 2 years of experience in agricultural field experiments.
• Excellent interpersonal and coordination skills, with patience and responsibility.
• Good communication, knowledge-sharing, and farmer advisory skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and statistical analysis programs.
• Possess a valid driver’s license (manual transmission) and able to travel upcountry.
