Responsibilities
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand the needs, objectives, and challenges.
• Propose innovative and practical solutions to address business challenges and ensure that proposed solutions align with the organization's strategic goals and technological capabilities.
• Partner with stakeholders across business unit to develop analyses and documentation in a collaborative way, communicating effectively and efficiently with production, managerial, and executive teams.
• Collaborate with project managers in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions to ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and are of high quality.
• Identify areas for process optimization and efficiency enhancement.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Information Technology or other related fields.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in Business Analyst.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in Non-Life Insurance / Life Insurance Business.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Power Point and Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and software development lifecycle.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of relevant tools such as Microsoft Offices, JIRA, Trello, etc.
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal).
