Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Creation
• Research, plan, and write long-form educational content (articles, guides, product comparisons) that addresses customer questions about life insurance, savings, and financial planning.
• Develop content calendars aligned with business priorities, seasonal trends (e.g., tax season), and keyword opportunities.
AI Search Optimization
• Monitor emerging AI search platforms (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity) and adapt SEO strategy to maintain visibility across both traditional and AI-powered search environments.
• Develop content strategies that position Phillip Life as a cited source in AI-generated responses.
• Optimize content structure and formatting for AI crawlability and source attribution
SEO Strategy & Performance
• Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO roadmap to improve domain authority, keyword rankings, and organic traffic
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap assessments to identify growth opportunities
• Set KPIs, track performance metrics, and deliver regular reports with actionable recommendations
• Manage on-page optimization including meta tags, headers, internal linking, and schema markup.
WordPress Management & Optimization
• Manage content publishing on corporate website with attention to SEO best practices
• Recommend and implement WordPress plugins, themes, and configurations that enhance SEO performance (e.g., caching, image optimization, structured data)
• Advise on UX/UI improvements that support both user engagement and search ranking factors (page speed, mobile responsiveness, Core Web Vitals)
• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with developers or vendors when needed
Technical SEO
• Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals, page load speed, and mobile usability
• Manage Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and other SEO tools to track site health
Collaboration & Innovation
• Stay current with search algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging SEO techniques
• Collaborate with the team on integrated campaigns that combine paid and organic strategies
• Work with external agencies or freelancers as needed for specialized tasks
Qualifications
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in financial services, insurance, or regulated industries
• Proven track record of improving organic rankings and traffic through content and technical optimization
• Strong writing skills in Thai and English with the ability to produce engaging, well-researched long-form content
• Working proficiency in English for research and tool usage
• Advanced WordPress skills beyond basic content uploading, experience with theme customization, plugin management, and performance optimization
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Screaming Frog
• Understanding of HTML, CSS basics, and how website code impacts SEO
• Familiarity with Core Web Vitals and page speed optimization techniques
• Excellent communication and data-storytelling skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with WordPress SEO plugins (Yoast, Rank Math, or similar) and page builders (Elementor, Divi)
• Knowledge of structured data/schema markup implementation
• Basic understanding of JavaScript SEO considerations
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry
• Familiarity with Thai consumer search behavior and local SEO nuances
• Google Analytics or Google Ads certifications
