Assistant Infrastructure Manager - บริษัท นวกิจประกันภัย จำกัด (มหาชน)

- กำกับดูแลการบำรุงรักษา (Preventive & Corrective Maintenance)

- ประสานงานกับ Vendor/IBM Support ในกรณี Incident หรือ System Upgrade

- วางแผนและดำเนินโครงการด้าน Infrastructure เช่น Migration, Upgrade, Cloud Adoption

- สนับสนุนทีมงานในการแก้ไขปัญหา (Incident, Problem, Change Management)

- ทำงานร่วมกับ Vendor/Service Provider เพื่อบริหารสัญญาและ SLA

- สนับสนุนจัดทำ อบรมและบังคับใช้นโยบาย IT Security และ Data Protection ให้เหมาะสม

- สนับสนุน Infrastructure Manager ในการบริหารทีมงาน System Engineer, Network Engineer, Cloud Engineer และ AS/400 Administrator

- หน้าที่อื่นตามที่ผู้บังคับบัญชามอบหมาย

- ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่าในสาขา Computer Engineering, Information Technology, หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

- ประสบการณ์ทำงานด้าน IT Infrastructure, Cloud, Network, Security อย่างน้อย

- มีประสบการณ์ ดูแลและบริหารระบบ Windows ,IBM AS/400 (iSeries, IBM i) อย่างน้อย

- ความรู้ด้าน Cloud Platform (AWS, Azure ), Virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), Database ,API Gateway

- เข้าใจ ITIL Framework, Incident/Problem/Change Management

- มีใบประกาศนียบัตรที่เกี่ยวข้องจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ เช่น AWS/Azure Certification, CCNA/CCNP, IBM iSeries Certification, ITIL Foundation

- ทักษะด้าน Leadership, Project Management, Problem Solving, Communication
