• วางแผนและดำเนินการจัดซื้อสินค้า/วัสดุ/อุปกรณ์ให้ตรงตามความต้องการของบริษัท (ประเภทสินค้าพรีเมี่ยม ของสมนาคุณ ของที่ระลึก)
• คัดเลือก เปรียบเทียบราคา และเจรจาต่อรองกับผู้ขาย (Supplier) เพื่อให้ได้คุณภาพและราคาที่เหมาะสม
• จัดทำใบสั่งซื้อ (PO) และติดตามสถานะการสั่งซื้อให้เป็นไปตามกำหนดเวลา
• ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น คลังสินค้า บัญชี และหน่วยงานภายใน
• ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของสินค้าและเอกสาร เช่น ใบกำกับภาษี ใบส่งของ
• ดูแลและประเมินผลผู้ขาย รวมถึงพัฒนาฐานข้อมูล Supplier
• ควบคุมต้นทุนการจัดซื้อให้เป็นไปตามงบประมาณที่กำหนด
• จัดทำรายงานสรุปการจัดซื้อและนำเสนอผู้บริหาร

• วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ โลจิสติกส์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานจัดซื้ออย่างน้อย 3–5 ปี
• มีทักษะการเจรจาต่อรองและการวิเคราะห์ราคา
• สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office (โดยเฉพาะ Excel) ได้ดี
• หากมีประสบการณ์ใช้ระบบ ERP จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารและประสานงานที่ดี
• หากมีประสบการณ์ เกี่ยวกับสินค้าพรีเมี่ยม ของที่ระลึก จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
