- Source new suppliers and maintain relationships with existing ones in China to ensure the most suitable supplier is chosen for each specific enquiry.
- Negotiate the best combination of price and lead time, in accordance with the specifications of the enquiry.
- Integrate indirect costs to provide the landed cost to the sales department, such as transportation costs, re-packing costs, etc.
- Preparing detailed purchase requisitions, issue purchases orders in accordance with the company policy and negotiated terms and conditions.
- Liaising with the accounting department for goods received, invoices, and payment requests.
- Liaising with the logistics department for the consolidation option and transport needs.
- Report on Claims of Defective Products.
- Work efficiently with team members and Manager to complete duties as required.
- Thai Nationality (25-35 Years old)
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
- Previous experience in procurement or related positions are preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill in English.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of import and export processes.
- Be able to work under pressure and teamwork oriented.
