Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Support the end-to-end execution of learning and development functions, including development and compliance programs, by coordinating schedules and tracking progress.
• Assist employees navigate and use E-learning platforms smoothly.
• Manage training data entry and filing to keep all training records updated and organized.
• Handle documentation for external reporting (e.g., Department of Skill Development) within specified deadlines.
• Ensure compliance-related documentation is complete and up to date in line with company procedures.
Qualifications
Qualification:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, Business Management, Human Resource and Organization Management, Political Science, or related fields.
• At least 0-3 years of experience in related areas such as Competency Management, Annual Training Plan, Learning & Development, and HR Metrics
• Strong knowledge of related regulations of the Department of Skill Development.
• Experience in Competency Management and Annual Training Plan is a plus.
• Fluent communication in Thai and English. (both written and spoken).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office but experience in Excel VLOOKUP, Pivot, and PowerPoint Presentation is a plus.
• Possess of proactive, creative thinking, growth mindset, fast learner, self-motivated and result oriented.
• Have the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines, analytical thinking,
service mind, positive attitude, and ability to influence all levels of employees.
