Responsibilities
This role leads key HR and OD initiatives, including organization development, learning & development, and performance & talent management. The position drives employee engagement and culture programs, ensuring a positive and productive work environment. It oversees job evaluation, career path design, job rotation, and promotion governance. The role also improves HR and cross-functional processes, ensuring efficiency and strong project execution. Additionally, it implements HR policies, workflows, and company regulations in full compliance with labor laws. Strong analytical skills, stakeholder management, and project leadership are essential.
Qualifications
-Above 8 years of experience in OD,HRD,L&D,Talent development
-Strong knowledge of OD tools.
-Good analytical skills,problem-solving and ability to diagnose organizational issue.
-Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
