Hr Business Partner - บริษัท ไทคิชา (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

•Champion and drive the Regional HR strategy at the country level, translating priorities into actionable roadmaps that reflect local business needs, culture, and regulatory context.

•Serve as the primary liaison between country HR operations and Regional HQ HR Development Department, ensuring two-way alignment and active representation of local insights in regional strategy-setting.

•Partner with business leaders to assess organizational effectiveness, identify capability gaps, and lead targeted interventions that advance both country and regional people priorities.

•Drive change initiatives end-to-end — including stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption plans — to embed new processes, structures, and ways of working into the organization.

•Lead cross-functional HR and business transformation projects, aligning stakeholders and holding accountability for achieving desired outcomes.

•Track, evaluate, and report on the impact of OD and change initiatives, surfacing insights and recommendations that continuously sharpen strategy execution at both country and regional levels.

1. Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resources or an equivalent qualification.
2. Minimum 8 - 10 years of relevant working experience in the related field.
3. Strong knowledge and experience of organizational development, leadership and talent development, workforce planning and organizational effectiveness.
4. Familiar with local employment laws and regulations
5. Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
6. Good command of English
