- Liaison and problem solver for all IT-related issues.
- Ensure seamless operation of servers and network equipment through regular maintenance and inspections.
- Manage and execute data backup procedures to safeguard important information.
- Support and advice on a range of IT matters, including computers, printers, LAN/WiFi networks, IP phones, internet connectivity, meeting room setups, and CCTV systems.
- Enhance and upgrade server systems, and deliver training to staff on effective use.
- Upgrade and enhance computer performance.
- Bachelor’s degree, High Vocational Certificate, or Vocational Certificate in IT, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in IT support.
- Strong knowledge of LAN/WiFi networks and server maintenance.
- Proven ability to efficiently manage data backups and server operations.
- Good troubleshooting skills for computers and various IT equipment.
