Engineer - Project Manager (2 ตำแหน่ง ประจำชลบุรี) - บริษัท ทิมพาโน อิเลคทริคอล จำกัด

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบหลัก:

• บริหารโครงการตั้งแต่ต้นจนจบ ทั้งงานสถานีไฟฟ้า พลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ แบตเตอรี่ และ EV
• ประสานงานกับทีมภายใน ลูกค้า ผู้รับเหมา และซัพพลายเออร์ เพื่อให้โครงการเสร็จตามแผน
• ควบคุมงานออกแบบทางวิศวกรรม จัดซื้อ การผลิต การติดตั้ง และการทดสอบเดินระบบ
• ตรวจสอบแบบและเอกสารทางเทคนิคให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด
• จัดทำแผนงานและรายงานความคืบหน้าของโครงการ
• ควบคุมงบประมาณ และบริหารต้นทุนโครงการให้มีประสิทธิภาพ
• ประเมินความเสี่ยงของโครงการ และวางแผนรับมืออย่างเหมาะสม
• สนับสนุนงานเสนอราคาและเตรียมเอกสารประกวดราคา

• Lead end-to-end project management for electrical engineering projects (Substation, Solar, ESS, EV, etc.)
• Manage and coordinate with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely project delivery
• Oversee engineering design, procurement, production, installation, and commissioning phases
• Review technical documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements
• Prepare project plans, schedules, and progress reports
• Track project costs and ensure alignment with budget and profitability goals
• Identify project risks and provide proactive mitigation plans
• Support tendering and proposal development for new projects

คุณสมบัติ:

• วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีหรือโท สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้าหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ด้านการบริหารโครงการหรือวิศวกรรมอย่างน้อย 3–5 ปี
• มีประสบการณ์ในระบบไฟฟ้ากำลัง ระบบอัตโนมัติสถานีไฟฟ้า โซลาร์ หรือระบบไฟฟ้าอุตสาหกรรม
• มีความรู้ด้านมาตรฐานวิศวกรรม ขั้นตอนการทำงานในโครงการ และข้อกำหนดของหน่วยงาน
• มีความรู้ด้านโปรโตคอลสื่อสารในระบบไฟฟ้า เช่น IEC 61850, Modbus, DNP3
• คุ้นเคยกับการตั้งค่า IED, ระบบ SCADA และการเชื่อมต่อโครงข่ายไฟฟ้า
• มีทักษะการสื่อสารและภาวะผู้นำที่ดี
• มีความสามารถในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและตัดสินใจจากข้อมูล (Data-Driven Decision Making) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพ
• สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษและภาษาไทยได้ดี (พูด/เขียน)
• หากมีใบรับรอง PMP จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• หากมีใบประกอบวิชาชีพวิศวกรรมควบคุม (กว.) ระดับ สามัญวิศวกร หรือ วุฒิวิศวกร จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3–6 years of experience in project engineering or project management
• Experience in power systems, substation automation, solar, or industrial electrical systems preferred
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle, engineering standards, and utility specifications
• Technical expertise in substation communication protocols such as IEC 61850, Modbus, DNP3
• Familiar with IED configuration, SCADA systems, and grid integration concepts
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in English and Thai (written and spoken)
• PMP certification is a plus
• Possession of a Thai Professional Engineering License (Control Engineering, Associate or Professional Level) is a strong advantage
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset; able to interpret project KPIs, cost vs. time analytics, and resource utilization metrics
