Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced building engineer to oversee the maintenance and operation of our cold storage warehouse facilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with ammonia refrigeration systems and a strong background in managing electrical, plumbing, and other building utility systems. You will lead a dedicated team to ensure all systems run safely and efficiently within the warehouse, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

System Management: Supervise the operation, maintenance, and repair of all facility systems within the warehouse, including electrical, plumbing, fire protection, and especially the ammonia refrigeration system.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure a high level of expertise and safety.
Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive and corrective maintenance schedule for all equipment to ensure peak performance and longevity.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with local regulations, industry standards, and internal safety protocols, particularly those related to ammonia handling and cold storage warehouse operations.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner to prevent operational disruptions.
Energy Efficiency: Monitor and analyze energy consumption levels, identifying and implementing strategies to optimize system performance and reduce costs.

คุณสมบัติ

Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, managing a team of maintenance or facility staff.
Proven experience working with industrial-scale refrigeration systems, specifically those using ammonia.
Solid knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, and general building utilities.
Experience in a cold storage or warehouse environment is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
