Responsibilities
Job Summary:
As a Learning and Development Officer, you will play a key role in coordinating and executing our company-wide training programs. You will be responsible for managing training logistics, creating engaging learning materials, and ensuring the smooth delivery of all development initiatives. This role is perfect for a proactive and organized individual with a passion for helping others grow.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to organize and schedule training sessions in line with the annual training plan.
- Develop and prepare training materials, including presentations, documents, and multimedia content.
- Create and edit video content and other digital learning materials to support our training programs.
- Act as a content creator, designing engaging and effective instructional materials and communication.
- Manage all logistical aspects of training events, including venue setup, materials distribution, and attendee coordination.
- Compile and summarize training feedback and conduct follow-up assessments to measure the effectiveness of the programs.
- Track and manage all training-related expenses and documentation.
- Prepare and process all necessary documentation for course certification with the Department of Skill Development.
Qualifications
- Degree or higher in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a training or learning and development role is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and related programs.
- Strong skills in VDO editing and content creation.
- Familiarity with the Skill Development Promotion Act is a plus.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and document management abilities.
- A positive, responsible, and proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and collaborate well with others.
- Eager to learn and has a strong awareness of safety standards.
