Job Highlights:
System Analyst is a key driver in analyzing and designing robust software solutions for core logistics operations, including routing, dispatch, tracking, and inventory management. You will champion innovation by applying emerging technologies while collaborating closely with senior management and development teams to guide projects from initial analysis and documentation through to final testing and user support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze & Design: Analyze complex business requirements using techniques such as interviews, surveys, and prototyping. Design robust, scalable software solutions that meet the needs of the company, particularly for systems related to routing, dispatch, tracking, and inventory management.
- Translate & Document: Develop and maintain clear, detailed documentation, including use cases, workflows, and software requirements, to effectively communicate and guide the development team.
- Collaborate: Work closely with other analysts, programmers, stakeholders, and management to ensure software solutions are efficiently designed, developed, and aligned with strategic goals.
- Ensure Quality: Participate actively in testing and quality assurance activities to guarantee that all software solutions are functional, reliable, and meet specified business requirements.
- Innovate: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our software solutions remain innovative, relevant, and cutting-edge.
- Support & Train: Provide essential support and training to end-users, empowering them to use our software solutions effectively.
