• Analyze & Design: Analyze complex business requirements using techniques such as interviews, surveys, and prototyping. Design robust, scalable software solutions that meet the needs of the company, particularly for systems related to routing, dispatch, tracking, and inventory management.
• Translate & Document: Develop and maintain clear, detailed documentation, including use cases, workflows, and software requirements, to effectively communicate and guide the development team.
• Collaborate: Work closely with other analysts, programmers, stakeholders, and management to ensure software solutions are efficiently designed, developed, and aligned with strategic goals.
• Ensure Quality: Participate actively in testing and quality assurance activities to guarantee that all software solutions are functional, reliable, and meet specified business requirements.
• Innovate: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure our software solutions remain innovative, relevant, and cutting-edge.
• Support & Train: Provide essential support and training to end-users, empowering them to use our software solutions effectively.
• Uphold Standards: Act in accordance with company values and adhere to all quality management, safety, and environmental policies.

• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in System Analysis, Design, and Development.
• Database Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Database design, with experience in SQL and MySQL.
• Methodologies: Experience working with Agile or Scrum software development methodologies.
• Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical, Problem-solving, and Critical thinking abilities.
• Teamwork: Strong communication and Interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
