- Process Improvement; Analyze current manufacturing processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Production Planning; Control and keep production schedules to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Quality Control; Monitor production quality and implement measures to maintain high standards.
- Equipment Management; Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and functioning efficiently.
- Safety and Compliance; Enforce safety regulations and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Data Analysis and Reporting; Collect and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing regular reports to management.
- Team Collaboration; Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, quality assurance, and logistics, to meet production goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Preferred Skills: Knowledge of machine learning, computer vision, or microcontroller programming.
