The Test Engineer (Air Conditioner) is responsible for managing the testing processes in both internal and external laboratories, ensuring that tests align with project timelines. This role involves coordinating with the Customer Service Officer to update clients, handling client inquiries, and collaborating with the sales team on project proposals. The Test Engineer supports the issuance of test procedures and documents, maintains quality systems per ISO/IEC 17025 & ISO/IEC 17020 standards, and studies new standards to establish additional test facilities or product lines.

Internal and External Labs: Manage testing processes through both internal and external laboratories.

Project Timeline: Ensure testing aligns with project timelines and update clients on status through coordination with the Customer Service Officer.

Client Inquiries: Handle client inquiries and collaborate with the sales team to formulate project proposals.

Test Procedures: Support the issuance of test procedures and related internal documents.

Quality Systems: Involve in and maintain the company quality system according to ISO/IEC 17025 & ISO/IEC 17020 standards.

New Standards: Study new and more complex standards to establish additional test facilities or product lines.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering majoring in Electrical, Electronic, or related field.

• More than 2 years of experience in testing, project management, or related fields.

• Experience in Air Conditioner and Cooling Systems is advantageous.

• Motivation and Project Management: High motivation and strong project management and development skills.

• Language Proficiency: Intermediate level in English.

• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of testing processes and equipment related to air conditioning and cooling systems.

• Communication: Effective verbal and written communication skills.

• Quality Systems: Familiarity with maintaining quality systems in compliance with ISO/IEC 17025 & ISO/IEC 17020 standards.
