Responsibilities
• Working with electronic car products, particularly for automative manufacturers.
• Must be client-focused, working in conjunction with customer service support and automotive manufacturer QA team.
• Window contact with customers and the company both local and overseas.
• Coordinate problem resolution with engineering, customer service support, supplier and automotive manufacturer to expedite repairs.
• Provide a communication link between the customers and the company to help ensure that effective service is provided to the customer.
• Analyze review and inspection findings to determine the source of problem, and recommend repair, replacement, or other corrective action.
• Review reports and documentation from customers and inspect malfunctioning products to determine the nature and scope of problem.
• Manage, coordinate, and prevent product quality concerns using customer requirements.
• Develop local initiatives to improve quality monitoring system and reporting.
• Preparation PPAP and documentation related with QA Department.
• Perform on-site installation, repair, maintenance, qualification of system.
• Studying and monitoring the products in term of quality management
• Other related duties may be assigned.
Qualifications
• Thai Nationality only.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Quality Assurance, Electronics Engineering or in related field.
• 2 or more years of experience in Quality Assurance, particularly working with car manufacturers or related automotive industry parts suppliers for electronic products. (especially car audio, car navigation)
• Effective communication skills and ability to establish good relationship with customers (Japanese car manufacturer in Thailand) by giving good support.
• Ability to prioritize service requests and produce clear and concise documentation.
• Excellent problem signalizing, reporting and follow-up.
• Good command in English both spoken and written.
• Good human relationship and service mind
• Good interpersonal and organizational skill
• Creative with good analytical and strong problem-solving skills.
• Can work under pressure, frequent customer visits, business trips both domestic and overseas.
• Must have own car and can use own car for work.
