Compliance Specialist/ RA (Food & Beverage) - บริษัท อาเจไทย จำกัด

• Ensure product compliance with Thai and international food regulations (FDA, Halal, etc.)
• Manage product registration, manufacturing licenses, and documentation for domestic and export markets
• Review product labels and claims to ensure compliance with country-specific regulations
• Coordinate with government authorities (e.g., FDA, Excise Department, TISI) and certification bodies
• Ensure compliance with excise tax regulations
• Handle Halal registration and ensure timely submissions
• Verify product formulations, labels, and documentation prior to registration
• Monitor regulatory updates and implement changes across relevant teams
• Support audits and ensure compliance with GHP, HACCP, and ISO standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, or related fields
• 3–5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs / R&D / Compliance within Food or Beverage industry
• Hands-on experience in product registration and regulatory submissions with authorities (e.g., FDA, Halal)
• Good knowledge of food laws and regulations, including labeling, excise requirements, and compliance standards
• Experience in label review and product documentation
• Familiar with GHP, HACCP, HALAL, ISO 9001
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Strong coordination and problem-solving skills, able to work cross-functionally
