Responsibilities
• Control and continuously improve the printing process in production operations (Process Control & Improvement).
• Analyze and troubleshoot printing quality issues to ensure stable and consistent output.
• Define and control printing process parameters according to film types and product specifications (Process Parameter Setting).
• Improve product quality, reduce waste, and increase yield in the printing process.
• Support new product trials and pilot runs, including testing of new materials or film structures.
• Prepare, review, and update Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) related to the printing process.
• Coordinate with production and related departments to ensure production runs according to plan.
• Analyze production data and printing process issues to support continuous improvement (Process Data Analysis).
• Support quality control activities in accordance with customer requirements and company quality systems.
• Provide guidance and on-the-job training to production staff related to printing processes.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical/Mechatronics, or Production Engineering).
• At least 2 years of experience in electrical systems and machine maintenance.
(Experience in manufacturing plants or the packaging industry will be an advantage.)
• Good communication and coordination skills with strong problem-solving ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and experience with ERP systems or related software.
• English proficiency at a fair to good level (speaking, reading, and writing).
• Detail-oriented, able to work well in a team, and highly responsible.
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and continuously develop skills.
