Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement
o Act as the primary point of contact for Chinese-speaking foundry clients, handling technical inquiries and providing product demonstrations.
o Build and maintain relationships with Chinese-speaking customers and stakeholders.
o Conduct sales presentations and technical discussions in Mandarin Chinese.
2. Sales Process Management:\
o Identify and develop new business opportunities in Chinese-speaking markets.
o Prepare and deliver technical proposals and product recommendations tailored to client needs.
o Visit foundry customers to supporting and solving client’s problems with products application and recommending improvement or suitable materials and machinery in client’s factory.
o Collaborate with the sales team to create strategic plans for market penetration and growth in Chinese-speaking regions. (Foundry customers)
3. Technical Support:
o Provide pre-sales and post-sales support for clients, ensuring a clear understanding of technical specifications, product integration, and installation.
o Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and provide technical solutions for clients in Mandarin Chinese language.
4. Market Research and Insights:
o Conduct research on the Chinese market, including customer needs, competitor analysis, and industry trends.
o Adapt sales strategies based on the latest market data and customer feedback.
5. Collaboration:
o Work closely with engineering, product management, and marketing teams to align customer requirements with product offerings.
o Translate technical materials, manuals, and product specifications into Mandarin/Cantonese as needed.
