Responsibilities
- Job Summary
As a team member, you'll welcome customers to the restaurant and seat them at appropriate tables. Need to answer questions about the restaurant and menu items accurately. This role also involves taking table reservations over the phone and confirming reservation details with customers every time.
Key Responsibilities - Send advance food orders to the kitchen and service staff, coordinating with other relevant teams.
- Manage table reservations to ensure timely and appropriate seating based on the situation.
- Confidently communicate and negotiate with customers.
- Have a good understanding of English or Chinese for communication, especially food and beverage terms.
- Prepare table menus for customers who have pre-booked set meals.
- Be able to provide basic training and act as a buddy for new staff.
- Regularly report important work cases and share them in meetings.
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
• Thai Nationality
• A high school graduate, Diploma or equivalent ( 2 years of experience in similar hospitality)
• This position requires experience as a server in a first-class operation, with the proven ability to meet customers' needs effectively (Will be an advantage)
• Must show flexibility and willingness to work.
• Pleasant personality & service oriented
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Must possess the ability to converse and understand English
