Responsibilities
1. ทำอาหารให้ได้ตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
2. ควบคุมคุณภาพ มาตรฐานอาหารตาม SOP
3. วางแผนการปฏิบัติงาน ควบคุมดูแลทีมติ่มซำ
4. ควบคุมวัตถุดิบ ทั้งต้นทุนและคุณภาพการผลิต การสั่งซื้อ
5. ดูแลเครื่องดื่มและอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ รวมทั้งวางแแผนและควบคุมอุปกรณ์ในครัว
Qualifications
- เพศชาย/หญิ'
- อายุระหว่าง 25-50 ปี
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านติ่มซำ ประมาณ 3 ปี ขึ้นไป
- มีความรู้ความสามารถเชียวชาญวิธีการทำติ๋มซำได้อย่างถูกต้อง
- มีความกระตือรือร้นในการทำงาน และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
- มีความขยันอดทน สู้งานและพร้อมที่จะเติบโตและพัฒนาการทำงานของตัวเองให้มีความสามารถมากขึ้น
- ควบคุมคุณภาพของอาหารในทุกๆขั้นตอนตั้งแต่การเตรียมไปจนถึงการตกแต่งจานอาหาร
- สามารถควบคุมดูแลความสะอาดภายในครัวให้ถูกต้องตามมาตรฐานของบริษัทฯ
