Responsibilities
- To support the Restaurant Manager in direct control, and coordinate all Restaurant activities, ensuring the smooth running of the outlet, the outlet meets its financial and guest satisfaction objectives.
- To direct and control all subordinate staff to ensure that all day-to-day operational matters are handled on time and that guest expectations are met.
- To ensure the high standard and ensure of best quality services of food and beverage.
Qualifications
- Good Thai and English, or Chinese language skills.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team of individuals.
- Sound administrative ability.
- Able to handle a demanding workload.
- Ability to work with a personal computer.
- Proven track record in a hotel of similar standard in a similar capacity in Asia/Pacific
