Operations Director
โรงเรียนสาธิตแห่งมหาวิทยาลัยรังสิต- Non-academic Departments: Leading and coordinating the activities of non-academic departments including HR, IT, Procurement & Facilities
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and standards expected by the Thai authorities and the school’s accreditation bodies such as but not limited to - School Charter, Company Registration, Share Registrar, Shareholders, Pathumthani Education Office, Board of Governors
- Procurement: Managing procurement team and related policies/procedures
- Events: Supporting the organisation and administration of special events at the school
- Development Projects: Oversight and project management of all significant development projects
- Site and Grounds Maintenance: Meet regularly with the Building & Grounds team to ensure the school site is maintained to a high standard and work is prioritised accordingly
- Policies: The development and maintenance of a comprehensive set of non-academic policies that are up to date and transparently implemented
- SBS Community Center: Enhance and develop revenue streams that compliment and enhance the school’s excellent academic reputation
- Assist and support the Head of School and COO as requested, and regularly meeting individually and collectively with the Senior Leadership Team, Managers and CEO if required
- Task for the month ; task progress and task plan
- Updates on staffing
- Legal concerns : Any possible legal concerns
- Completed and pending tasks divided by each school (Admin, Kindergarten, Primary, Secondary)
- List of successful additional vendors sourced within the month
- Monthly Summary : Money saved through vendor sourcing
- Monthly Summary : Money made through merchandise sale
- Staff retention Summary
- Employment Updates
- In and out sheet review : Review of Budget Expenditure
- Teacher licence progress : Progress Report on Teachers with Temporary Teacher Licence
- Teacher and staff concerns
- Legal concerns e.g. visa, work permit, labour court concerns etc.
- Projects completed in the previous month
- Projects listed for the current month
- PDPA Concerns listed
- Staffing updates
- Excellent management skills and working with executives
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Previous working experience in operations, including supervisory level for 3 years
- Working hour: Mon - Fri, 8.30 - 16.30 hrs. and twice Saturday per year (for school events, Open House, Charity Runs, etc.)
Working time and Holidays:
Whilst entitled to the standard number of non-academic vacation days, it is anticipated that the operations director will not take significant amounts of vacation during school holidays to ensure their presence to monitor the maintenance work undertaken during those periods.
This role will require regular presence in the school outside of normal working hours including at weekends. The operations director will need to be flexible in their working schedule to facilitate this without impacting their routine activities
