Responsibilities
- RFQ new project/parts
- Supplier selection, sourcing, Negotiate price, terms and conditions, cost reduction calculation.
- Issue PO to suppliers.
- Expediting raw material/spare part to fulfill company requirement.
- Interface with users, specifies working team and also external suppliers.
- Develop sub-category saving and initiate category improvement plan.
- Strong in Cost reduction and concurrence with VA/VE activity.
- Manage to have supplier agreement on related purchasing contracts (NDA, Purchasing Agreement, Rebate, Supplier Managed Inventory)
- Green procurement implementation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering or related fields.
- At least 2-5 years’ experience in purchasing in Electronics Industry will be an advantage.
- Good command in English. ( TOEIC > 550 will be an advantage)
- Solid understanding of purchasing Engineering Services.
- Solid Analytical and systemic thinking skills.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Strategy development and implementation skills.
- Supplier relationship management, contracts management and Risk Management skill.
- Having experience in Machinery Repairs, building repair, creating projects and looking at Drawing/Specification sheet/TOR.
- Having experience in BOQ will be an advantage.
- Having experience in using SAP programs will be an advantage.
- Ability to work 2 Saturday per month.
