Responsibilities

Review and analyze customer design specifications
Perform design modifications prior to production launch
Prepare Manufacturing Instruction Sheets and Engineering Change Notices (ECN) for new and revised projects
Define manufacturing processes and evaluate production capability
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure smooth and efficient production processes

Qualifications

0–3 years of work experience (Fresh graduates are welcome)
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or Electronic Engineering
Good command of English (TOEIC score will be an advantage)
Basic knowledge of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturing processes is a plus
Strong communication, coordination, and data consolidation skills
Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work under pressure
Proactive mindset, energetic personality, and good interpersonal skills
