Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supporting Director and related Department’s authorize in the implement of effective risk management and insurance programs.

• Day to day management of all client service activities with accurately up-to-date all client interactions and sales activities system

• Retention and development of existing accounts and Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within existing and prospective client accounts.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

• Overseeing the management of client relationships by the team, ensuring client needs are met and issues are resolved.

• Assisting Supervisor in managing work-flow/priorities of all clients under their team responsibility

• Ensuring all documentation/procedures are in compliance with the Group Standards.

• Setting/monitoring of team budgets in conjunction with Director

• Attending surveys and Risk Management activities as designated.

• Arranging for processing of adjustments/amendments to insurance programs.

• Assisting with Broking and Pre-Renewal Strategy planning altogether with tracking team performance, analyzing data, and providing regular reports on key metrics.

• Insurer (and reinsurer) negotiations on premium, policy terms, wording and endorsements.

• Completing placement of covers, policy and endorsement (Coordinated by Supervisor)

• Client Renewal Report and Insurance Manual Preparation.

• Advising clients on uninsured areas and general transfer of insurance knowledge with clients

• Coordinating the overseas network where the account requires it.

• Assisting Supervisor in placement of insurance program with insurer(s)/reinsurer(s)

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher level

• Proven minimum 5 years' experience in Insurance Industry or Power Industry

• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Thai

• Good Interpersonal & Communication skills

• Customer service skills and problem solving skills

• Ability to analyze data, track performance, and identify areas for sales retention and activities improvement to enhance sales volume & target achievement.

• Ability to work under pressure

• Ability to adapt and learn quickly
