Guest Services Assistant (Chiang Mai Airport) *English Resume Only*

- Perform documentation checks, including passport verification (international), ID matching (domestic), reservation verification in the system, issuance of boarding passes, and handling required documents such as General Declarations (GD), crew sign-in sheets, and departure/arrival immigration cards.
- Conduct passenger and baggage processing, including luggage tagging, carry-on inspection in accordance with Terms & Conditions, and asking the seven mandatory security questions to passengers checking in luggage.
- Assist passengers throughout the journey, including boarding and deplaning, and provide support for passengers with special needs such as wheelchair assistance, NTL, etc.
- Ensure full compliance with airline standards, safety performance requirements, and all applicable laws, regulations, and procedures at all operational locations.
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree. Fresh graduates welcome with full transcript and certificate of course completion.
- Previous experience in ground handling or related work is preferable.
- Careful and organized in handling documents and tasks and able to follow procedures accurately.
- Able to work independently and stay calm under pressure in a busy environment.
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Thai or the local language.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and able to work well in a team.
- Willing to work shifts including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
