Responsibilities
- Maintain professional attendance by adhering to prescribed clock-in/clock-out procedures, uniform standards, and rest schedules.
- Advise passengers on dangerous goods regulations, including items allowed in carry-on and checked baggage.
- Ensure compliance with aviation requirements by providing accurate and clear information to passengers.
- Collaborate with Ground Services and Cargo teams to conduct daily operational activities, including morning briefings and shift reports.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree, any related field is welcome to apply.
- Fluent in both English and Thai is required, with additional proficiency in a third language considered essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills and Customer Service skills.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure airport environment with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
- Able to communicate clearly and professionally with passengers.
- Applicants must be available for a minimum of 3 months of internship
*Note: Comprehensive training on air transport restrictions, prohibited items, hidden dangerous goods, and passenger regulations will be provided for 1–2 weeks before duty assignment.
