Responsibilities
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of supply chain processes and inventory management
- Source and purchase marine equipment, and spare parts from domestic and overseas suppliers
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to achieve cost savings
- Ability to manage supplier relationships across different countries
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Risk management and problem-solving abilities
Other Requirements:
- Fluency in English TOEIC Score 750up (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Understanding of currency exchange and global market trends
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/Master degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management
- Experience in international sourcing and global supplier management
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and international trade laws
