• Collaborate with the sales team to support sales activities, provide guidance, present, and deliver technical information about products to customers.
• Summarize business requirements and customer journey into visual or flow representations that are easy to understand, enabling the delivery of solutions that align with customer needs.
• Prepare documentation based on business requirements suitable for both government and private sector projects.
• Design solution architectures, analyze pros and cons, and estimate constraints to plan appropriate management strategies.
• Create and manage technical files and documentation, including Technical Proposals, POC documents, Statements of Work (SOW), Statements of Compliance (SoC), and highlight Data Sheets according to SoC requirements.
• Define project scopes to coordinate with other internal teams, such as project management, installation, and service teams, for accurate cost estimation and preparation of implementation plans before and after project acquisition.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or related fields.
- 1-3 years of experience in IT business, pre-sales, or related fields such as Network, Server, Storage, Hardware or Infrastructure
- Understanding of network, server, storage, and resource management to meet customer requirements.
- Experience in government project will be an advantage.
- Strong time management skills to deliver solutions on time and address customer needs.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions confidently.
- Strong negotiation, consulting, and presentation skills.
- Can start work immediately is preferred.
