KMA Cosmetics is looking for a passionate and proactive Assistant Brand Manager to support brand growth through strategic marketing execution and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the execution of brand and marketing strategies.
• Plan and coordinate integrated marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, E-Commerce, Product Development, Creative teams, and external agencies.
• Support new product launches and promotional activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and management updates.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields.
• 3–5 years of experience in Brand Management, Marketing, or Project Management.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Good command of English.
