- Responsible for automobile events, PR events, company events and other marketing event activity including plan, organize and coordinate with related functions.
- Plan and PR event through various channels, such as social media or other platforms.
- Organize the Dealers Conference.
- Work with supplier and able to control supplier to ensure event success as plan.
- Responsible for creating marketing material, souvenir and other related material including manage stock balance.
- Coordinate with internal department and Suzuki dealers about related job.
- Publicize the event activity to internal departments, dealers and the public.
- Responsible for documentation about related job such as issue invoice to dealers.
- Collect data and evaluate the outcomes of events.
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication Art or any related fields.
- Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skill.
- Good coordination in team work.
- Good command in English.
- Creative, patient, and quick problem-solving abilities.
- Flexible to work in other provinces and overtime.
- Basic computer skills relevant to the job and familar with vaious social media platforms.
- Experience in event marketing will be considered and advantage.
