•Production Planning:

- Develop and manage daily/weekly/monthly production schedules for approximately 100 SKUs per day or more.

- Analyze and forecast customer demand to create appropriate production plans.

- Manage and allocate production resources (machinery, manpower, raw materials) in alignment with production plans.

- Collaborate closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Production departments to ensure accurate and complete information and requirements.

•Change Over Management:

- Efficiently manage and plan production changeovers for more than 10 models per day.

- Reduce changeover time and minimize its impact on production.

•Monitoring and Control:

- Monitor production plan progress and regularly report on performance.

- Identify potential issues or delays and implement corrective actions or adjust production plans promptly.

- Analyze production performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.

•Inventory Management:

- Collaborate in defining policies and guidelines for managing raw material, work-in-progress (WIP), and finished goods inventory levels.

- Mitigate risks associated with excessive or insufficient stock.

•Development and Improvement:

- Propose and implement new systems or technologies in production planning to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

- Develop and train the planning team to ensure they possess necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities.

•Coordination:

- Effectively coordinate and communicate with all relevant departments to foster collaboration and achieve common goals.

2. Minimum of 5 years of direct experience in a Planning Manager or Production Planning role, specifically within a manufacturing plant.

3. Proven experience in production planning involving the management of a high volume of SKUs (approximately 100 SKUs per day or more).

4. Demonstrated expertise in managing and reducing the duration of production changeovers, exceeding 10 models per day.

5. Experience in an aluminium extrusion plant or similar industries (e.g., metal, plastics) will be highly regarded.

6. Strong understanding of the aluminium extrusion, powder coating, and anodizing processes.

7. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at Level 2 or higher (ability to use complex formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Conditional Formatting for data analysis and presentation).

8. Competence in using ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365).

9. Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.

10. Strong leadership and team management skills.

11. Excellent communication and coordination skills, both in Thai and English (if applicable).

12. Ability to work under pressure and manage time effectively.

13. Detail-oriented with strong strategic planning capabilities.

14. Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new things.

15. Highly responsible, honest, and ethical in work practices.
