Job description

• Lead daily operations of Food lines, ensuring optimal efficiency, product quality, and output reliability

• Manage, develop, and motivate production teams to achieve performance targets and solve operational issues effectively

• Analyze and improve workflow processes to increase productivity and reduce production costs

• Collaborate cross-functionally with Production Team, Engineering, Quality, and Warehouse teams to meet production goals

• Drive implementation of Lean Manufacturing, digital initiatives, and ERP/WMS integration

• Foster a high-performance work culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and continuous learning

• Manage workplace safety by planning, controlling, and inspecting safety

    operations, occupational health, and working environment for employees.

• Set departmental and individual KPIs aligned with the company's KPIs.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Logistics and Supply Chain Management (Mechanical, Industrial, or related fields)
