Responsibilities

Job Function/Purpose

This position is responsible to review and ensure accuracy and integrity of data, and to load the data correctly and timely into the various systems to support on-time product development processes of sourcing business.

List Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities

• Monitor the tasks and complete the task following the Workfront timeline

• Monitor the task and complete the task following the alignment with other stakeholders ( request from sourcing team, planning team or timeline team…).

• Complete Garment spec and selling spec as requested on time. By doing this task, each product admin needs to review type of requested project and executes tasks with the correct process of each project category.

• Set up irregular styles when the first quality style has been completed in system.

• Follow up with other functions, i.e., designer, development team to have information of color, BOM to complete PA task

• Responsible to review and ensure accuracy and integrity of data provided by the regional and corporate teams.

• Responsible to load the data correctly and timely to the various systems

• Work closely with different functions in region and corporate to identify and resolve data related issues, including product development, data foundation, planning, operations and procurement.

• Responds to special data requests by regional and corporate management.

• Making multiple reports of the team to systematize departmental data, analyze the causes and find solutions to improve the quality and efficiency of work.

• Build and maintain system.

• Connecting with governance team for the cost saving projects, or any of the changes in process.

• Cross support other PA in locations when balancing request from governance PA.

Networking

The Position interacts with designers, marketers, Growth teams, Sourcing team, Planning team, Timeline Admin, Data team and PD Governance.

Qualifications

Experience/Skills/Education Requirements

Professional Studies:

• Education/Degrees: Bachelor Degree

Professional Experience:

• 1-3 years of working experience, garment industry and/or data is preferrable.

• Working experience in an international environment

Competencies (Soft Skills)

• English proficiency

• Affinity with and passion for data and various software systems

• Ability to work independently and within a matrix environment

• Ability to handle multiple projects at one time while maintaining adherence to calendar.

• Establish priorities and determine action plan to manage workload.

• Strong initiative and attention to detail.

• Strong communications skills (written and verbal).

• Ability to think systemically and solve problems effectively and efficiently.

• Must interact effectively and professionally within a multi-cultural environment.

Additional Hard Skills

• Proficient in Microsoft office standard applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and specialized applications such as Microsoft Project and Visio. Microsoft Access and CAD experience preferred

• Strong experience working in PLM, SAP, Access

• Strong verbal communication skills including developing and delivering effective and persuasive management updates and presentations to all audiences

• Strong lean and six sigma certifications desired.
