About the Role

- Lead, supervise, and coach the Service Team to ensure high performance, adherence to best practices.

- Provide technical leadership in the diagnosis, troubleshooting, and resolution of control valve issues, ensuring effective and timely solutions for customers.

- Enhance customer satisfaction by improving service processes, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring prompt response to customer requirements.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by proactively addressing service issues, managing customer complaints, and implementing corrective actions to improve service quality.

- Plan, monitor, and control departmental budgets and operating costs to achieve business objectives while maintaining service excellence.

- Ensure all maintenance and service activities comply with company and quality standards, policies, and procedures.

- Monitor service performance metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in operational efficiency, service quality, and customer experience.

- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, and customers to ensure effective service delivery and successful project execution.

- Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement within the Service organization.
