Responsibilities
1. Organizational development, according to the company's business strategy planning, think and layout the organizational structure of the business department, and promote changes and adjustments;
2. Performance management, support the business department to implement the performance management system, help set performance goals and evaluation standards;
3. Talent management, assist the business department in talent planning, identify key positions and talent needs, and output and implement talent improvement plans;
4. Compliance risk control, promote the implementation of compliance risk control audits of various businesses of the company;
5. Other matters arranged by the HRBP manager.
Qualifications
1.Bachelor’s degree human resource or management or Chinese major or relate
2.With 3–5 years of HRBP experience. Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
3.Familiar with recruitment, training, compensation, performance management, and employee relations.
4.Good at communicating and working with others at all levels.
5.Able to listen well and solve problems.
6.Can speak and write in Chinese and Thai.
7.Able to work under pressure.
