Responsibilities

1.Monitor and control product quality to ensure compliance with company and customer standards.

2.Perform inspections, quality checks, and quality assurance activities during production processes.

3.Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.

4.Prepare and maintain quality documentation, reports, and inspection records.

5.Coordinate with Japanese engineers, managers, and customers regarding quality-related matters.

6.Support internal and external audits related to quality management systems.

7.Assist in implementing quality improvement programs and continuous improvement initiatives.

8.Communicate effectively with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve quality problems.

9.Provide quality-related training or guidance to staff when necessary.

10.Travel or relocate to Japan for business assignments or projects when required.

Qualifications

1.Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Manufacturing, or related field.

2.Experience in Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), or quality-related work.

3.Ability to communicate in Japanese (speaking, reading, and writing).

4.Knowledge of quality tools such as 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, PDCA, or other problem-solving methods.

5.Familiar with quality standards and manufacturing processes.

6.Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

7.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8.Willing and able to travel or be assigned to work in Japan.
