1. Supervise and control daily operations in the Injection Department
2. Monitor injection molding production processes to ensure productivity, quality, and delivery targets are achieved
3. Manage production manpower, machine utilization, and shift operations effectively
4. Control raw material usage, reduce defects, and minimize production loss
5. Troubleshoot and coordinate with technicians or maintenance teams to solve machine and production issues
6. Ensure all operators follow safety regulations, work instructions, and 5S standards
7. Coordinate with QA, Warehouse, Maintenance, Engineering, and related departments
8. Support mold changing, machine setup, trial production, and process improvement activities
9. Train and supervise injection operators and new employees
10. Prepare daily production reports and monitor production performance

1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related fields
2. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Injection Molding production supervision
3. Experience in plastic injection processes and manufacturing environment is required
4. Knowledge of injection molding machines, molds, and plastic materials
5. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
6. Able to work in shifts and under pressure
7. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, or continuous improvement systems is an advantage
8. Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
