Recruitment Officer (Chinese Speaking) - บริษัท โตชิบาคอนซูมเมอร์โปรดัคส์ (ประเทศไทย) จำกัด

1.Manage the recruitment process according to the company's manpower requirements.

2.Post job advertisements through various recruitment channels.

3.Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interview schedules.

4.Work closely with department managers to understand hiring needs.

5.Handle new employee onboarding and related documentation.

6.Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment records.

7.Prepare recruitment reports and support other HR activities as assigned.

1.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Chinese Language or a related field.

2.Previous experience in Recruitment, Human Resources, or Talent Acquisition is preferred.

3.Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.

4.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

5.Good command of Chinese language HSK5-6

6.Ability to communicate with Chinese employees and management is highly preferred.

7.Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work under pressure
