Responsibilities
1. Welfare & Benefits Administration
• Supervise and oversee the implementation of employee welfare programs, including medical benefits, onsite nurse room operations, employee shuttle buses, annual health check-ups, workers’ compensation fund, and disability fund.
• Monitor daily operations and guide team members to ensure service accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
2. Compliance & Policy Governance
• Ensure all welfare activities comply with relevant labor laws, government regulations, and internal company rules.
• Review, revise, and update welfare procedures to maintain alignment with legal and corporate requirements.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement
• Promote and maintain positive relationships between employees and between employees and management.
• Manage and respond to welfare-related inquiries or concerns, ensuring effective and timely resolution.
4. Union & Employee Committee Coordination
• Coordinate, supervise, and maintain effective communication with the labor union and employee committee to support constructive labor–management relations.
• Facilitate regular meetings, negotiations, and consultations between management and union/committee representatives.
• Monitor compliance with agreements, collective arrangements, and legal obligations related to labor relations.
• Provide guidance to management on union-related matters and support conflict prevention and resolution.
5. Process Improvement & Performance Monitoring
• Analyze welfare program performance and identify opportunities for improving service efficiency and employee satisfaction.
• Prepare reports, monitor KPIs, and present findings or recommendations to management.
6. Coordination & Stakeholder Management
• Liaise with internal departments, external service providers, hospitals, insurance companies, and government agencies to ensure smooth welfare operations.
• Oversee vendor performance and ensure contracted services meet required standards.
7. Team Leadership & Supervision
• Supervise, coach, and develop team members to improve productivity and service quality.
• Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure team operations meet established deadlines and service-level expectations.
Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Political Science, or related fields.
Experience
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in HR, employee welfare, employee relations, or labour relations.
• Experience working with labour unions or employee committees is an advantage.
• Prior supervisory or team-leading experience preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
• Solid understanding of Thai labour laws, welfare regulations, and labour relations practices.
• Knowledge of welfare administration, insurance processes, health check-up programs, and employee services.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills, including interaction with unions, government agencies, and external providers.
• Good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle employee issues with confidentiality, professionalism, and sound judgment.
• Problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and analytical skills.
• Ability to prepare reports, meeting minutes, and documentation accurately and on time.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HR information systems.
